Where We Ship From

Orders placed on our English store are shipped to Germany and other European Union member states from our distribution warehouse in Solingen, Germany. Because your parcel is dispatched from within the EU, there are no customs formalities or import duties for you to handle.

Our products are grown and processed in Türkiye and dried at our geothermal facility in Sındırgı, Balıkesir, before being stocked at the Solingen warehouse for European fulfilment.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and are always shown clearly before you place your order. Orders above the thresholds below ship free of charge.

Germany: €6.90 per order; free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
Other EU countries: €14.90 per order; free shipping on orders of €150 or more.

Delivery Times

Your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier once your payment has been received. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and your region.

Germany: 2-6 business days.
Other EU countries: 3-9 business days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail containing the carrier name and a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
