Subject of the Agreement

The order summary, including products, quantities and prices, forms an integral part of this agreement.

Delivery

Products are dispatched from the Seller's distribution warehouse in Solingen, Germany, once payment has been received. Delivery is made to the address stated by the Buyer within 2-6 business days in Germany and 3-9 business days in other EU countries. Shipping costs (€6.90 for Germany, free from €100; €14.90 for other EU countries, free from €150) are shown in the order summary and borne by the Buyer unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. After ordering, the Buyer receives a proforma e-mail with the order summary and the Seller's bank details. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, the Seller may cancel the order. All prices include VAT and are stated in euros.

Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller at forms@arovela.com. The purchase price is refunded via the original payment method within 14 days of the returned goods reaching the Seller.

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
